Shipping policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided.

Standard UK Shipping:

Processing Time:

Order before 3pm for same-day dispatch via DPD Express (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

GB Shipping:

Orders are dispatched via DPD Next Working Day Delivery. 

NI Shipping:

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked.

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland:

We offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland with orders over £114 excluding shipping. Republic of Ireland orders may be subject to Irish import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance charges. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable before delivery.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delays or Delivery Issues:
Please note that delivery arrival timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on courier delays, location or high seasonal demand.
